Whether you believe you have the ‘Wisconsin Accent’ or not, we ALL know that there are things we say that you won’t hear in any other part of the world, ain’t that right?
Whether it’s time, talent, or cold, hard cash, we can all give back. How can your dollars make a real difference in your community? We sat down with Ashley Winch, Executive Director of the Marshfield Area United Way to learn just that.
If you’re anything like us, the words “Data Breach” make you a little sick to your stomach, right?
Who was it this time? What info did they get? (And, most importantly) How can I protect myself for real?
Hey, we hear you.
The most recent big data breach affected more than 100 million Capital One customers and, while Capital One has said it’s “unlikely” the info that leaked was used for fraud, we thought it was a good time to share some tips that will turn “unlikely” info “100% not at all”.
What do you have to do to make our Simplicity Show co-host/Head writer on our Marketing team SUPER nervous? EASY! Just ask her a ton of good questions and make her formulate smart thoughts without hiding behind her trusty keyboard!
Simplicity CU and it's employees LOVE gettin' involved with community support and volunteer opportunities. We're proud of the things we do to help local organizations make where we live a better place, so we put together this blog to share all that info with you!
If you're a community support fanatic like we are, read on to find out what Simplicity is sponsoring this month and how you can help or participate!
Can you tell that we love sitting down with the amazingly talented people on our team? Today Ben Bauer, our favorite team leader and expert graphic designer, joined the show.
A repeat guest and fan favorite, Ben talks about his journey as a designer, some tips on how to get started in design, and the role of stock vs. original design in the workplace. And you don't want to miss the part where he rants about the worst movie title typeface choice in the history of the world!
We’re on all kinds of journeys, right? From not knowing anything about something, to knowing a little, to knowing a lot, and eventually, if you keep working, feeling like an expert. Some things are easy (but not very many) and some things take longer to get the hang of, but what they all have in common is that you have to take the first step to get anywhere.
It started as a pretty simple invite to Nicole Bird, one of the super-cool members of the Marshfield business community, to join us on the podcast. She loves to help people with their health and wellness through her business Mission Nutrition, we love to drink her tasty drinks so much that we sometimes forget that they’re so good for us.
Community support is crazy important to us and we're proud of the things we do to help local organizations and our communities that help make our world a better place. Since we know that stuff is important to you too, we thought "jeez, people might like to know about all of that stuff so they can be a part of the goodness that is community support". So, here we are, letting you know! Please join us or let us know if you'd like to get involved in any of these awesome opportunities. Cheers!
You know who likes to do fun things? You do!!
Hey, so do we!! That’s probably why we’re friends.
Simplicity CU has some summer fun on the way in July, and we’re here to tell you all about it.
