eStatements Re-Enrollment:

What is changing with statements?
We are updating our eStatement system to improve security, reliability, and your online banking experience. As part of this change, members who currently receive eStatements will need to re-enroll in the new system to continue receiving statements electronically.

Why do I need to re-enroll?
Re-enrollment is required because of updates to our statement delivery platform. This helps ensure your preferences, contact information, and electronic delivery settings are properly connected to the new system.

When do I need to re-enroll?
You should complete your re-enrollment by September 30th, 2026, to avoid interruptions in electronic statement delivery. We encourage members to enroll as soon as possible once enrollment becomes available.

How do I enroll in eStatements?

  1. Log in to Online Banking or Mobile Banking.
  2. Navigate to Statements/Documents.
  3. Select Enroll in eStatements.
  4. Review and accept the Electronic Disclosure Agreement.
  5. Confirm your email address and submit.

Once completed, you'll be enrolled in eStatements.

Can I still receive paper statements?
Yes. Members who prefer paper statements may continue receiving them, subject to any applicable account requirements or fees. Refer to your account disclosures for details.

Can I get eStatements and paper notices?
Yes. You may receive electronic statements while continuing to receive certain required notices or correspondence by mail. Available delivery options may vary depending on the document type.

Where do I find my statements?
After enrolling, you can access your statements by logging in to Online Banking or Mobile Banking and selecting Statements/Documents from the menu.

What if I forgot to enroll?
If you miss the enrollment deadline, your statements may be delivered according to your account's default delivery method until you complete enrollment. You can enroll at any time through Online Banking.

Will I lose access to old statements?
No. Previously available statements will remain accessible according to our statement retention policy. Access may vary depending on the statement date and system conversion timing.

How many statements are available online?
Members can access up to 18 months of statement history online. Availability may vary by account type.

How do I update my email?
Log in to Online Banking and navigate to Profile, Settings, or Contact Information. Update your email address and save your changes. Keeping your email current ensures you receive important notifications.

How do I opt out?
You can opt out of eStatements at any time by updating your statement delivery preferences in Online Banking or by contacting us for assistance.

Are tax forms included?
Yes. Eligible tax documents, such as year-end tax forms, may be available electronically through the same Statements/Documents section. Availability depends on the form type and your enrollment preferences.

How will I know when a statement is ready?
When a new statement becomes available, we'll send a notification to the email address associated with your account. Be sure to keep your email address up to date.
