Beginning in March 2026, we’ll kick off a full branch refresh designed to bring even more comfort, innovation, and energy to the space our members know and love. This remodel is more than an update — it’s a celebration of our growth together and a renewed investment in serving Neenah for many years to come.

The remodel will introduce:
- 24/7 self-service access ATM which we call a PTM! A PTM is a Personal Teller Machine but smarter, more convenient version of an ATM.
- A more modern, welcoming branch layout
- Additional space for all of our financial experts under one roof
Our goal is to combine greater convenience with the personal service you trust.
Construction begins March 9th, 2026. While timelines may vary, we will share updates throughout the process to keep members informed.
Yes! The Neenah branch will remain open during the remodel. If any temporary adjustments are necessary, we will communicate those changes in advance.
We plan to maintain normal hours and service availability. If temporary changes are required, we will notify members through our website, signage, and direct communications.
A PTM is a Personal Teller Machine but smarter, more convenient version of an ATM.
It allows members to do much more than withdraw cash from deposits, payments, transfers, PIN changes, and more! It gives you the speed of self‑service with the expanded features of an in‑branch visit.
You can complete everyday transactions without needing to come inside the branch!
Members can:
- Deposit cash and checks
- Withdraw funds
- Transfer between accounts
- Make loan payments
- Cash checks
- Change your PIN
It’s designed to expand access while maintaining personal service!
The remodel allows us to create additional room for private conversations and bring more financial experts into the Neenah branch including lending and mortgage specialists. That way, members can receive knowledgeable support locally in branch!
Our team is receiving hands-on training to guide members through the new technology and branch features. We’re committed to making this transition seamless!
