Simplicity Credit Union Announces Neenah Branch Refresh

Neenah, WI — October 30th, 2025 — As Simplicity Credit Union approaches its five-year anniversary in the Neenah community, the team is excited to begin a new chapter that reflects growth, innovation, and continued commitment to creating exceptional member experiences.

The credit union is launching the Neenah Branch Refresh, an investment designed to enhance comfort, efficiency, and the welcoming atmosphere members have come to love. Work will begin in March 2026, with anticipated completion by the end of the year.

Simplicity Credit Union has once again selected Keller, Inc. as its Design-Build partner for the 2,937 sq. ft. interior and exterior renovation at 219 W. Cecil Street. The project will be completed in three phases, allowing the branch to remain open and fully operational throughout construction.

“This project is all about our members,” says Paige Zoelk, Neenah Branch Manager. “Over the past five years, we’ve grown with the community, and this refresh will help us serve our members even better — with more modern spaces, improved accessibility, and the same friendly faces they’ve come to trust.”

The refreshed space will incorporate member feedback, updated technology, and thoughtful design features that make everyday banking simple and personal. From improved meeting areas and enhanced technology to an upgraded drive-up, the project aims to make every visit feel effortless and connected. The renovation will also align the Neenah facility with Simplicity’s updated branding standards, creating a consistent and vibrant experience across all locations.

While updates take place, members can expect minimal disruption to their banking services. “We know convenience is key,” Zoelk adds. “We’ll stay in close communication throughout the project, keeping members informed and ensuring they have the access and support they need.”

Due to the site’s limited space, Keller’s team will work closely with Simplicity Credit Union staff, subcontractors, and project partners to maintain efficient communication and ensure a smooth construction process from start to finish.

For Nick Faber, President and CEO of Simplicity Credit Union, this investment represents something deeper than bricks and mortar. “This project at our Neenah branch is our way of showing the Neenah community that we’re here for the long haul,” Faber shares. “It’s a tangible sign of our belief in this community, our appreciation for our members, and our excitement for what’s ahead.”

With project plans nearing completion, the Simplicity CU team looks forward to celebrating the newly refreshed space with members and neighbors once construction wraps up.

“As we reflect on our first five years in Neenah,” Faber says, “we’re proud of how far we’ve come — and even more inspired by what’s next.”
