May 14th, 2020, Marshfield, Wisconsin – Simplicity CU is pleased to announce that, in partnership with CoVantage Credit Union, Antigo, they have donated a total of $25,000 to the United Ways serving their membership area.
Donations to the Marshfield Area United Way and Portage County United Way will be designated to help in the COVID-19 relief efforts already underway through those organizations.
“We believe strongly in the spirit of giving that our friends at the United Way represent,” says Ben Bauer, Simplicity CU VP of Marketing, “we trust them to use this donation to meet the most important needs in our communities, and we’re grateful for the cooperation of our fellow Credit Union believers at CoVantage for helping make this even more impactful.”
Both Simplicity CU and CoVantage Credit Union have a long and robust history of community support including monetary donations, event sponsorships, and staff volunteering.
