"August 28th, 2025, Marshfield, Wisconsin – Simplicity CU has been named one of the Best Credit Unions to Work For in the United States by American Banker for the eighth year in a row.
In partnership with Best Companies Group, American Banker surveys credit union employees across the United States in areas like employee satisfaction, leadership, benefits, and more.
This year, Simplicity CU was ranked 35th of 70 Credit Unions in their asset category.
According to Best Companies' survey, 92% of the respondents felt positively about their supervisor, 89% felt satisfied with their role at the company, and 88% felt confident in their company's leadership and planning.
One of the perks at Simplicity CU is that the Credit Union works hard to give back to its team members. Specifically, they give their team two floating holidays for days employees find meaningful. They also take time to volunteer with local businesses, schools, and non-profit organizations, making a big impact on the communities Simplicity CU serves.
