Skylight Calendar Giveaway Rules & Regulations, No purchase necessary.
(1) Promotion Description: Simplicity Credit Union (the “Sponsor”) is offering the Skylight Calendar Giveaway (the “Promotion”). One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on January 12, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on January 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The drawing will be held on or about February 6, 2026. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its employees, officers, directors, and agents from any claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
(2) Eligibility: Open to individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Simplicity Credit Union and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
(3) How to Enter: Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. You may enter in one of the following ways during the Promotion Period:
Online: Complete the official entry form on the Simplicity Credit Union website.
In Branch: Visit the new Simplicity Credit Union branch at 3301 Business Park Dr., Stevens Point, WI 54482 and enter via QR code to online entry or paper entry form.
Mail-In: Mail a postcard labeled “Skylight Calendar Giveaway” with your name, address, phone number, and email address to: Simplicity Credit Union, Attn: Branch Manager, 3301 Business Park Dr., Stevens Point, WI 54482. Mail-in entries must be received by February 5, 2026. No purchase or membership is required to enter or win. Incomplete, duplicate, or late entries are void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.
(4) Prize: One (1) Skylight Digital Calendar, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $299.99. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize is non-transferable. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
(5) General Conditions: Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost or misdirected entries, or other issues beyond its control. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these Official Rules or to modify or cancel the Promotion if necessary to maintain fairness and integrity. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in Wisconsin courts.
(6) Winner Information: To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by February 2, 2026 to: Simplicity Credit Union – Giveaway Winner, 3301 Business Park Dr., Stevens Point, WI 54482. Sponsored by: Simplicity Credit Union Federally insured by NCUA. Membership not required to enter or win.
(7) Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission for the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
