Each year, our Annual Meeting gives us a moment to pause together and reflect on what truly matters.
A couple of weeks ago, we had the opportunity to do just that. Members, team members, and leadership came together to look back on 2025, celebrate progress, and look ahead to what’s next for Simplicity Credit Union!
While there’s plenty to be proud of, one thing remains at the center of it all: people.
A Simple Moment That Says Everything
During the meeting, our CEO, Nick Faber, shared a story that perfectly captured who we are.
While traveling between branches, one of our team members noticed a woman struggling and stopped to help. As he returned to his truck, she pointed to the words on the back: People Helping People, and said, “It is true!”
No transaction. No account. Just someone showing up for someone else.
That’s Simplicity.
Growth That Means More
In 2025, we continued to grow, but not just in the traditional sense.
We strengthened relationships. We invested in our communities. We focused on creating better experiences for our members.
A major milestone this past year was the opening of our newly expanded Stevens Point branch. Bringing our team together into one space has allowed us to better serve our members and create a stronger connection within that community.
We’re continuing that momentum still.
Renovations are now underway at our Neenah branch, where we’re building a more modern, welcoming environment designed around the needs of our members, all while keeping the personal touch that defines who we are.
Behind the scenes, we’ve also expanded our technology and services. From enhancements to our card programs, to increased access through Personal Teller Machines (PTM’s) we’re making Simplicity CU simpler, more convenient, and more accessible.
Rooted in Community
While growth is important, what matters most is how we show up for the communities we serve.
In 2025, our impact went beyond numbers. It showed up in the lives of our members, the work of local nonprofits, and the everyday moments where neighbors support neighbors.
That same spirit is what inspired one of our favorite traditions from the Annual Meeting…

Each of our branch teams selected a local business to receive our Member Business Friends & Neighbors Award, recognizing organizations that share our commitment to community and making a difference!
This year, we’re proud to recognize:

These businesses represent the best of what our communities have to offer. They are partners, leaders, and neighbors who go above and beyond, and we’re grateful to grow alongside them!
Looking Ahead
As we look to the future, one thing is clear: we’re just getting started.
We’ll continue investing in our branches, our technology, and most importantly, our relationships. We’ll continue listening, adapting, and finding new ways to serve.
And through it all, our purpose will remain the same.
