Origin Story: Like a lot of us, Mya started her career as a Member Service Representative and went on to gain amazing experience across several departments. Seventeen years later, she has come full circle and has the chance to manage the next generation of MSRs on the frontline, where her journey began.

From there, she advanced to Assistant Branch Manager in Marshfield and then was promoted to Branch Manager in Neillsville. Fun fact: that means she’s worked in almost every branch!
