We’re Lucky, and We Know It.

Because we serve the remarkable and caring folks in Central Wisconsin, we’ve been able to make good choices that helped protect the whole Simplicity Family – members, neighbors, and our team – during a truly stressful time.

The news has changed hour-by-hour, but you’ve been patient as we tried to navigate the best course of action for everyone. As we’ve watched the stress and fear take its toll on our team, your kind words and support have helped us all reconnect with why we love what we do. Now, more than ever, we know that as we plan for how we can safely re-open, we can rely on you to stick with us.

The Simplicity Team had already begun to plan a course of action, based on CDC and OSHA guidance when the State Supreme Court passed their decision on Wisconsin’s Safer at Home order. We considered our response carefully, as we’ve done with every development since deciding to close our lobbies in Mid-March, and have decided to stay the course and begin a gradual re-opening plan effective June 1st, 2020.

In the coming days and weeks, we’ll be able to share more details of that plan. The extra time this gives us is time we’ll use to make sure we have the right supplies, processes, and staff training to move forward and help our communities recover and re-open fully when the time is right.

We take our responsibility to our extended Simplicity Family, including you, very seriously.  As much as we look forward to seeing you all again, and being able to share a handshake, a high-five, or even a hug, we know that those moments between us will be even more special because we took good care of each other by staying apart, just a little while longer.

One last thing: we're working with some super smart and innovative CU folks from around the country to see how we can help you better. Will you take a super short survey and leave us your feedback? Click here if you will. (We won't collect or share your personal info, we're just looking to get opinions from real people like you.)
